1992

Foundation

The Hutton Group, Inc. formed as a New Jersey Corporation specializing in co-op to condominium conversion and diversified real estate development.

1992–1995

First Conversion

Managed the first modern-day co-op to condo conversion in the greater New York area — Waters Ebb in Edgewater, NJ. Led the complex out of foreclosure and bankruptcy.

1995–1999

Expansion

Expanded management and development divisions. In 1999, Residential Ownership Alternative (ROA) approached Hutton to take over a New Jersey conversion.

2000–2007

National Scale

Hutton acquired ROA in 2000 and formed ROA Hutton, LLC, then expanded conversion work across NY, NJ, CA, MI, FL, OH, IL, and MN.

2008–2011

Market Navigation

Adapted systems and programs for the financial crisis. Helped communities reduce debt, lower expenses, and save homes through conversion during difficult times.

2012–Present

Continued Focus

Continued concentrating on co-op to condominium conversion and developed programs including AIP (All-in-Plan) to coordinate conversion work.
